During a pause in medical teaching due to COVID-19 lockdown, I supported the respiratory ward in a Healthcare Assistant-like role. This experience inspired my largest photography project ‘Humans of the Pandemic’.

• Managed the change delivery and stakeholder engagement of the Customer Engagement Programme, consisting of 14 projects to develop the business' commercial focus.
• Responsible for developing SalesForce functionality and its integration across all business teams, including providing training and building dashboards, forecasting & reporting.
• Developed sales pipeline process with CEO & CEngO for the new commercial function, and assisted adoption and integration into business-as-usual operations.

Visualisation Technologist & Creator

• Managed, conducted, analysed and reported user trials of 30 staff to investigate efficacy of autonomous vehicle human-machine interface designs using virtual reality, for global automotive manufacturer.
• Managed £300,000 InnovateUK project by procuring and upgrading technology and fittings at TSC Visualisation Lab, and liaising with Digital Catapult in London to develop a ‘twin’ facility.
• Research includes market reviews of virtual and augmented reality technology, and biofuel manufacturers for Department for Transport, Highways England and other high profile clients.
• Responsible for photography and videography (non-VR media) for project and promotional purposes, including 360 cameras & UAVs.
• Marketing lead for Visualisation team, responsible for sub-site design and content including copy-writing and graphics. Assisted launch and promotion of Eyeware, the first smartphone app
endorsed by the RNIB as the most realistic blindness simulator.

Our aerial work is conducted experienced, insured and qualified UAV (drone) pilots, with Permission for Aerial Work from the CAA. We fly the latest and safest in aerial technology, and capture 4K and 1080p footage and RAW stills.
Our underwater work is carried out by an experienced PADI rescue diver, who has SCUBA and free-dived around the world.

• Built six individually designed websites for Aerial Motion Pictures' various business focuses, including an eCommerce shop with 150+ products. Designed and maintained on Squarespace and Shopify, including blogs and payment gateways.
• Captured drone and ground photography and videography, including for client-work and behind-the-scenes. Responsible for photo retouching and video editing.
• Built social media channels for multiple business focuses and updated daily with my photography and video content.
• Developed and managed monthly social media photo competition where photographers competed for free commercial drone training worth £999.
• Led scoping projects on international franchising and online learning solutions.
• Produced business case & presentation for franchising proposal to investors.

• Used horizon scanning and market analysis to create understanding, direction and road maps for the innovative business units (i.e. automated vehicles).

South Central Ambulance Service 2017 - 2018
As a Community First Responder, I respond to emergency 999 calls within my area when I am on call. I provide first aid and basic life support with oxygen, and give reassurance to those in need until paramedics arrive.

I spend time with patients and provide non-clinical help to maximise efficiency of the Accident & Emergency Major Injuries dept. This includes cleaning beds, restocking supplies and providing food/drink and reassurance to patients and relatives.

Research Assistant SCUBA Diver
Frontier, Fiji 2008
I volunteered on a Marine Conservation project in Fiji, where I was taught to PADI Advanced Open Water diver in 2 weeks. I memorised 200 fish species to aid identification while on baseline survey transects around the remote island.
